Our Concrete Coating Process
- Prep concrete surface by diamond grinding with attached dust vac systems to eliminate dust and open pores of the surface.
- Check concrete for cracks and apply repair materials. Major repairs quoted separately.
- Application depends on the chosen concrete floor type.
- Prep for sealer coat – scrape and sand chips for textured finish.
- Sealer coat is applied with squeegee and roller. One or two coats can be applied (second coat is extra cost).

Epoxy/Hybrid System
Our epoxy/hybrid system has a epoxy base that has a 8 lb. MVE (Moisture Vapor Emission, giving excellent adhesion to older concrete and is sealed with a polyaspartic sealer. This system is usually a 2 day process, with a longer wait time to drive on.
Polyaspartic System
Our polyaspartic system is a 3 coat system consisting of a primer coat, chip coat, and sealer coat. You can have an additional top coat applied for a smoother surface, the texture feels like an orange peal effect. Our polyaspartic system is a 1 day application.
